The Omkrown website serves as the digital face of the company, showcasing its products and services. This report evaluates the current website’s usability, accessibility, and design, identifying key gaps that hinder user experience. It proposes actionable improvements to align the website with modern UX standards and user expectations.
The creation of StrayCare App was a labor of love and dedication. We delved into the depths of our community, listening to the stories of volunteers, understanding the hurdles faced by shelters, and capturing the silent cries of the strays. Our research was our compass, guiding us through the complexities of empathy, design, and technology.
Ideation was our battlefield, where creativity clashed with reality, birthing solutions that were both innovative and pragmatic. Wireframing and prototyping became our forge, where the essence of StrayCare took shape, molded by user feedback and refined through countless iterations.
